The CastagnoToscana The Residence is situated in the hills less than a kilometer from the medieval village of Campiglia Marittima.

The building is an old Tuscan farmhouse, now restored and divided into eight apartments, four on the ground floor, three on the first floor and an attic on the second floor.

The building was the subject of a restoration meticulous and painstaking.
While all attention is given to maintenance of traditional values, has not spared to ensure every modern convenience.

Each apartment has air conditioning and heating, each has a separate entrance and a private garden with barbecue and a table outside.
They are all supplied with satellite TV, safe and broadband internet access.

Campiglia Marittima is one of those few countries whose only survive intact so it seems something miraculous. Overlapped two hillocks, the main offshore dominated by the imposing ruins of the castle, just restored and open to the public.

Built of mud around the quarterdeck Central dominates the Val di Cornia southward, with a breathtaking panorama that extends above the Tuscan archipelago until the distant Corsica. The village is lurks beneath the protective walls of the castle, with a beautiful square in the valley between two hills of the village.

There is a museum that houses artifacts testimonianti history of the Rock, another host examples of sacred art, and third that reveals the long history of mineral extraction, an activity which depends on the birth of the country .
